A Sample Form

This represents a very simple QuickApp form for collecting Regional Sales Data. They don't come much simpler than this really!

Data entered here gets stored securely in the QuickApp platform database. Notice how the form is dynamic? The region field contains 4 regions until a sales person is selected. The correct region is then selected and the field disabled. The region field could just as easily be hidden until required - sliding into view only when the salesperson is confirmed.

All parts of the form are customisable, dynamic and are able to have logic applied to them. This logic can be determined when the form loads, when a user interacts, when it is saved or all of these options.
